Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period:

This promotion is valid for sign-ups between now and 20 January 2025. Membership fees commence on 1 February 2025.

Limited Availability: 

The promotion is limited to the first 20 new members. Spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until all requirements are fulfilled.

Eligibility:

• The promotion is available exclusively to new members.
• Existing members, including those on any current memberships, are not eligible for this offer.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, special offers, or gift cards.

Requirements to Secure Spot:

• Completion of the membership form.

Membership Payment Terms:

• No pro rata fees will be charged for January 2025.
• Regular membership payments begin on 1 February 2025 and will follow the standard payment schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

This offer includes a no-contract membership. Members may cancel anytime with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.

Refunds: 

Fees paid for February 2024 and beyond are non-refundable unless cancellation notice is given in accordance with the 30-day policy.

Facility Use: 

Members participating in this promotion must adhere to all gym rules, policies, and guidelines during their training period.

Health and Safety: 

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in training sessions. The gym is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.

Non-Transferability: 

This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.

Promotional Changes: 

The gym reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Disqualification: 

Failure to provide accurate banking details or any breach of the gym’s policies may result in disqualification from the promotion.

Exclusive Offer: 

This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers.
