Rules & Guidelines
Create a Safe & Respectful Training Enviroment
By following these guidelines, you help create the supportive and empowering atmosphere that makes Camp Fight special. Please read through the following rules and let’s work together to build a strong, and respectful community where everyone can thrive.
1. Respect and Etiquette
Respect Everyone: Show respect to your coaches, training partners, and yourself. Use polite language and listen attentively.
Proper Greetings: Greet your coaches and training partners with a bow or the traditional Thai greeting, the “Wai”. This is encouraged but not compulsory. Address coaches as ‘Coach’ or ‘Kru’.
2. Training and Discipline
Book Classes: Please book your class at least one hour in advance to secure your spot.
Be Punctual: Arrive on time for class. Warm-ups and drills are essential for safety and progress.
Stay Hydrated: Bring a water bottle and take quick water breaks as needed, without disrupting the class or cuasing delays.
Focus on Training: Pay attention to instructions and avoid unnecessary talking during drills and demonstrations. If you have a question, please raise your hand to get the coach’s attention during the demonstration or drill.
Continuous Improvement: Always put in your best effort and be open to learning new techniques and improving your skills.
3. Cleanliness and Organization
Clean Gear: Keep your training gear clean and in good condition. Sanitize your gloves and other equipment after each class.
Personal Hygiene: Maintain good personal hygiene; keep nails trimmed and wash hands before class.
Gym Cleanliness: Help keep the gym clean. Pick up after yourself and put equipment back where it belongs.
5. Sportsmanship and Team Spirit
Support Each Other: Encourage and support your fellow students. Cheer for each other’s progress.
Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude, even when training gets tough. Stay motivated and encourage others.
Fair Play: Focus on improving your skills rather than competing with others. Celebrate everyone’s efforts and achievements.
5. Sparring Guidelines
Mutual Respect: Show respect to your sparring partners. Communicate and set boundaries before starting.
Intensity Levels: Keep sparring intensity appropriate to the skill level of both you and your partner. Focus on technique, not power.
Stop on Command: Immediately stop sparring when instructed by the coach or if your partner signals to stop.
Safety First: Report any injuries to the coach immediately and follow their advice.
6. Additional Guidelines
Uniform: Wear the appropriate training gear. Keep it clean and tidy.
Respect Boundaries: Respect personal space and boundaries. Do not touch or invade others’ space without permission.
