Collection Policy

At Camp Fight, we offer convenient in-person collection for all orders. Please note that we do not provide delivery services—all orders must be collected from our reception.

Order Collection Process

1. Order Confirmation & Processing
   • Once you place your order and your payment is confirmed, we will begin preparing it for collection.
   • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be collected.
2. Collection Availability
   • Orders can be collected 15 minutes before the start of a class. Please refer to the class schedule.
   • Your parcel will be prepared in advance and waiting for you at Camp Fight reception.
3. How to Collect Your Order
   • Simply ask the coach on duty for assistance, and they will hand over your order.
   • Please ensure you have your order confirmation email available in case verification is needed.

Important Notes

• No Deliveries: We do not offer shipping or delivery services—all orders must be picked up in person.
• Collection Only During Designated Times: Orders cannot be collected outside of the specified collection window.
• Uncollected Orders: If you are unable to collect your order as planned, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
